It seems that the waters of Manila Bay are turning from black to Turquoise according to an article published via MSN. The article which is based on some photos on Facebook seems to say that while there is an enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila, Manila Bay is benefiting from it.
COVID-19 Provides Salvation for Manila Bay?
The government has made so much effort in saving Manila Bay and making it clean again, however, it seems the COVID-19 quarantine has done more. It would have taken years to achieve this result but in just 2 weeks of lockdown, look at the waters now.
